10 arrested in York meth bust: "Operation Georgia Peach" | Crime

Five York County residents have been arrested in a meth operation case, known as "Operation Georgia Peach".

Police say "Operation Georgia Peach" was an ongoing investigation into the manufacturing of methamphetamine - conducted jointly by the Tri-Rivers Narcotics Task Force, York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office, and James City County Police Department.

Officials say warrants were served at two homes in the 1200 block of Wilkins Drive in York County.

Police found chemicals, OTC cold medicine packaging, as well as other materials associated with the manufacturing of the drug methamphetamine. 

A total of 10 individuals were arrested and charged with multiple felonies from James City County, York County, and Williamsburg.

The following James City County residents were charged with the following crimes in JCC, York and Williamsburg:

 
1. 56-year-old Patrick Joseph Dubois of the 1200 Block of Duncan Drive. He is facing four counts of possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine; two counts of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine; and one count of being a fugitive from justice from the state of Georgia.

2. 63-year-old Richard Wayne Savage of the 1200 Block of Duncan Drive. He is facing one count of possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine; and three counts of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. 

3. 35-year-old Glenn Dubois of the 1200 Block of Duncan Drive. He is facing on count of manufacturing methamphetamine; one count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine; and a probation violation.

4. 43-year-old Amy Savage of the 1200 Block of Duncan Drive. She is facing two counts of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.

5. 30-year-old Lori Dennis of the 1200 Block of Wilkins Drive. She is facing one count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine; one count of felony child neglect; and a probation violation.

Police say a 1-year-old child was also transported by York County Medics from the residence in the 1200 Block of Wilkins Drive as a precautionary measure, due to potentially dangerous chemicals found inside the residence.
